Educational information

Content reflects personal experience and general education. It does not create a clinician–patient relationship or provide medical, nutritional, or mental-health treatment. Calculator results are estimates. Obtain individualized advice from a qualified professional.

Personal results

Progress stories and images describe individual experiences. They do not guarantee or establish what another person should expect. Medication, health conditions, and other personal circumstances may affect outcomes.

Community participation

Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, disclose someone else’s private information, share unlawful content, or promote dangerous practices. Participation in the linked Discord community is subject to Discord’s terms and the community’s posted rules. Moderators may remove content or access that violates those rules.

Ownership and contributions

Site branding and original content belong to their respective owners. Do not reproduce protected materials without permission or an applicable legal right. Sharing in the community does not give us permission to use your health story, photo, or testimonial in advertising; we will seek separate permission for that use.

Upcoming products and third parties

The cookbook and app are in development. Joining a waitlist is not a purchase or a promise of a release date, price, beta invitation, or final feature set. Purchases from the merchandise shop and partners are subject to the seller’s checkout terms, shipping, return, and privacy policies.

Availability and acceptable use

We work to keep the site useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free estimates. Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape private member information, submit spam, or disrupt the site. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
